How do I encourage bushier growth in my English ivy indoors?
I'm really enjoying having an English ivy plant in my living room, but I've noticed it's growing kind of long and leggy instead of bushy like I hoped! πΏ I live in a cozy apartment in Lyon, and my setup is pretty simple β it sits on a shelf near a window that gets some indirect light. I've been rotating it to ensure itβs getting light from all sides, and I even tried to pinch back the tips a few times, but it still seems to want to stretch out rather than fill in. Iβve read that regular pruning can help, but how much should I actually cut back? Also, are there any specific nutrients or soil amendments I should be considering to promote that fuller, more compact growth? I really want it to look lush and healthy! Can anyone help with tips or techniques to encourage that bushiness? π€
