How do I maintain humidity levels for my ficus bonsai indoors?

I'm located in a pretty dry area, and my home tends to have lower humidity, especially in winter. I've been trying to keep my ficus bonsai healthy for a couple of months now, but I've noticed some leaf drop, which I suspect may be related to humidity. My garden is mainly outdoor vegetables, so I'm not as familiar with the needs of indoor plants like this one. I've tried misting the leaves occasionally and placing a pebble tray under the pot, but I'm not sure if that's enough. Can anyone help with strategies to raise and maintain humidity levels properly for my bonsai?
