Can bee balm handle being crowded with other plants?

Hey fellow gardeners! I’ve been experimenting with a lush garden setup, and I’ve grouped my bee balm with a few other flowering plants. They all look great together, but I'm starting to worry if they’re too crowded. I want to ensure my bee balm has enough space to thrive and doesn't end up competing for nutrients. What have you guys done with your bee balm in terms of spacing? Is there a best practice to follow, or are they okay with a little crowding? I appreciate your insights!
