Can I grow dwarf fruit trees in my apartment balcony?

I'm really excited about the idea of growing dwarf fruit trees, especially since they seem perfect for small spaces! I have a tiny balcony in my apartment here in Cairo, and I'm wondering if it's even possible to grow them there. I've been focusing on herbs and flowers, but the thought of having my own little fruit tree sounds delightful! I've tried growing herbs in pots and they’ve done pretty well, but I'm not sure if fruit trees would need more care or different conditions. Can anyone help me figure out if I can successfully grow a dwarf fruit tree on my balcony? What should I consider, like sunlight or wind exposure?
