What lighting conditions do begonias need for optimal growth indoors?
I’ve recently added begonias to my indoor garden, and I'm a bit confused about their lighting requirements. I live in an area with limited natural sunlight, which is why I’m using LED grow lights to supplement. However, I'm uncertain whether I have the lights set at the right intensity or distance. Some of my begonias are stretching towards the light, while others seem to be losing color. I’ve been rotating them weekly, but it’s tough to gauge if they’re getting the right amount of light. What are the ideal light conditions for indoor begonias, including the duration and intensity? I’d love some insights on how to find the right balance to ensure they thrive!
