How can I manage pests on my indoor ficus bonsai?

I’ve recently noticed some small insects on my ficus bonsai, and I’m worried they might be pests like aphids or spider mites. Living in an urban area, I want to handle this organically without introducing harmful chemicals that could affect my other plants. I’ve tried wiping the leaves with a mild soap solution, but I’m not sure if that’s enough or if I need to take more aggressive measures. My garden philosophy is all about being eco-friendly, so does anyone have suggestions for organic pest management specifically suited for ficus bonsai? Any personal experiences or proven methods would be greatly appreciated!
