What role does humidity play in the health of carnivorous plants?

I’ve been experimenting with growing different species of carnivorous plants indoors, and I’ve come to realize that humidity levels seem crucial to their health. Living in a relatively dry apartment in Buenos Aires makes me concerned about maintaining adequate humidity. I’ve tried using humidity trays and even misting the plants, but I’m not sure if this is enough or if there are better methods. How critical is humidity for these plants, particularly during the dry months? Are there specific indicators I should watch for to determine if they’re receiving the right levels? I would greatly appreciate any experienced insights on how to ensure my plants thrive under indoor humidity conditions!
