How can I ensure my indoor bonsai gets the right amount of light?

I'm really excited about my new indoor bonsai, but I'm a bit worried about the lighting situation! I live in Karachi, and my apartment doesn't get direct sunlight for long periods. I've tried placing my bonsai near the window, but I’m not sure if it’s enough. My grandmother always emphasized the importance of light when growing plants in her flower beds, so I want to make sure I'm doing this right! I’ve heard that different types of bonsai have varying light needs, and I want to ensure my little tree thrives. Can anyone help with tips on how to gauge if my bonsai is getting enough light? Should I consider using grow lights if natural light isn't sufficient? I'm all ears for any advice or experiences you have to share! 🌱✨
