How can I reduce the risk of copper fungicide harming my soil’s microbiome?

My garden has always been my sanctuary, and I've invested time into keeping the soil healthy with compost and organic amendments. I’m a bit concerned about the long-term effects of using copper fungicide on the soil microbiome. I’ve read conflicting reports about it potentially harming the beneficial microbes that I’ve worked so hard to cultivate. Does anyone have recommendations for using copper fungicide responsibly without jeopardizing the soil life? Are there any alternative treatments that might be just as effective without the risks? I really want to ensure I’m doing right by my soil! 🐛
