How can I minimize condensation inside my greenhouse?

As I dive deeper into my greenhouse gardening, one issue I've been facing is condensation on the inside of the plastic. It's becoming a bit of a concern since I fear it might lead to mold or affect my plants. I've tried leaving the doors open for ventilation, but it's not quite enough. My garden is located in a fairly humid area of Toronto, which might be adding to the problem. Has anyone else dealt with this? I’d love some tips or strategies to keep condensation at bay without sacrificing humidity control!
