How can I encourage branching in my indoor bonsai?
I've read that branching is super important for shaping my bonsai, but I'm not sure how to encourage it properly. 🌳 My Ficus hasn't really branched out much, and I do want it to develop that fuller look over time. I've tried occasional pruning, but maybe I'm not doing it right? I want to be careful not to stress it out, especially since I'm still getting the hang of indoor bonsai care. Can anyone share their best practices for promoting healthy branching and shaping in bonsai? What techniques work for you?
