Does LED lighting affect the growth of my vegetable seedlings?
I'm really diving into seed starting this year and have a lot of heirloom seedlings growing indoors. 🌼 I’ve been using standard LED lights for their light needs, but I’m curious if there are any specific types of LEDs that can really boost their growth. I've read mixed reviews about blue and red spectrums and whether they actually make a difference. My setup has been working decently, but I want to ensure I’m giving my little plants the best start of their lives! Has anyone experimented with LED grow lights for seedlings? What’s your experience? I’d love to hear tips or recommendations!
