What should I do if insecticidal soap isn't working for my garden pests?

I’m really committed to organic gardening, and I've been trying out insecticidal soap for some stubborn aphids on my herbs. I followed all the directions, but I’m still seeing these little guys hanging around! My garden is a mix of culinary herbs like rosemary, oregano, and parsley – I don’t want to damage them. I’ve also tried other organic methods like introducing ladybugs, but they don’t seem to help much. I’m feeling a bit discouraged and am eager for some guidance. What alternative strategies have worked for others in similar situations? I appreciate any tips you can share! 🐞
