Can I mix orchid fertilizers with my other plant nutrients?

I’ve got a wide range of plants in my urban garden, and I was wondering if I could mix my orchid fertilizer with the nutrients I use for my vegetables. I love to keep everything organic, but I’m not sure how the different nutrient profiles would interact. Can I safely combine them for a more efficient feeding routine, or should I keep them separate?
