What are the best organic amendments to improve clay soil drainage?
Living in the Irish countryside has given me the joy of gardening, but I've encountered a challenge with my heavy clay soil. It tends to retain moisture, making it quite tricky for some of my plants to thrive, especially during the wetter months. I’ve attempted to incorporate compost and sand, but I'm not confident that I’m improving drainage effectively.
