How can I create a more humid environment to combat powdery mildew?
I’ve been experimenting with organic practices in my garden, and I’m learning that humidity can actually be a double-edged sword! While I know that high humidity can encourage powdery mildew, I’ve also read that creating a more humid microclimate can sometimes help combat certain diseases. My herb garden is filled with culinary favorites, and I want to maintain a healthy balance. I’ve tried misting the plants and covering them with shade cloth, but I’m not sure if I’m on the right track. What creative methods have you used to manage humidity in your own gardens? I’d love to hear about your successes and any specific tips!
