How can I effectively integrate pest management strategies in my bonsai garden?

I'm currently facing challenges in my bonsai garden, particularly with aphids and spider mites that have begun to affect some of my prized miniatures. My bonsai collection is housed in a controlled environment to protect them from harsh weather, but I think this might actually be creating a more favorable habitat for these pests. I've tried introducing neem oil as a deterrent, but I'm concerned that it might impact the delicate aesthetics of my trees, which I've spent years refining. Given my experience, I'm looking to refine my approach to integrated pest management (IPM). My garden setup is quite limited in terms of space, and I'm keen to avoid harsh chemicals that could harm my plants' beauty. Can anyone recommend techniques that won't compromise the aesthetics but still ensure effective pest control?
