What’s the best height to hang my grow lights above my vegetables?
I've been growing vegetables indoors for a couple of years now, and my setup is doing pretty well! I currently have lettuce and tomatoes under grow lights, but I'm starting to worry that my lights might be too high or low. I’ve tried adjusting them a bit, but I can’t seem to find that sweet spot. I’ve read that different plants might need different heights, but I’d love some advice on how high I should place the lights specifically for leafy greens versus fruiting ones. If anyone has tips or guidelines they follow, I’d really appreciate it! 🌱
