Can I make my hummingbird feeder nectar from natural sources?
I'm very interested in sustainable gardening practices and would love to incorporate natural ingredients into my hummingbird feeder setup. I've always used the standard sugar-water mix, but I wonder if there are any natural alternatives that could be used to create a nectar substitute, perhaps something like fruit juices or natural sweeteners. I already grow a variety of fruits and vegetables in my garden, and I'm keen on using home-grown ingredients.
