How to manage copper fungicide timing for multiple crops?

Managing a community garden is super rewarding, but it can be a bit tricky when dealing with different crops! 🌾 I have beans, tomatoes, and peppers all growing together, and I’m considering using copper fungicide to combat some fungal diseases. However, I’m unsure about the timing—should I apply it all at once, or do I need to stagger the applications based on each crop's growth stage? I’m worried about harming the beneficial insects, too. I've tried using organic methods before, but this seems like a tougher challenge. What would be your recommendations for timing and techniques to balance it all out? Thanks a ton for your help!
