Is insecticidal soap safe for beneficial insects in my herb garden?

Hello everyone! I'm passionate about maintaining a healthy ecosystem in my herb garden, which thrives under the Cairo sun. I've been using insecticidal soap to tackle some of the pests that have been munching on my plants. However, I’m quite concerned about the impact this might have on beneficial insects, like ladybugs and bees, that help pollinate my herbs. 🐝 I’ve heard mixed opinions about this topic, and I really want to ensure I'm not harming the helpful critters while trying to protect my garden. How can I use insecticidal soap responsibly? Are there specific times to apply it, or precautions I should take to minimize the risk to beneficial insects? Any advice from those with experience would mean the world to me!
