What’s the best way to deal with pests in a raised garden bed?

I've been managing my small raised garden bed quite well, but recently I've noticed some pests showing up, especially aphids on my tomatoes. Living in an urban environment makes it tricky since I don't want to use harsh chemicals that could be harmful to the local ecosystem. I've tried handpicking some of the pests and using neem oil, but the problem persists. Can anyone share effective, organic pest control methods that work well in raised beds? I’d love to keep my garden thriving without compromising on safety!
