Can I compost citrus peels and onion scraps?
I'm really excited about composting, but I’ve got a question about some of the kitchen scraps I'm tossing in. I've heard mixed opinions about adding citrus peels and onion scraps because of their acidity and potential to attract pests. My garden is still pretty young, and I want to make sure I'm doing things right from the start. I've been avoiding them but wondering if I can include them in moderation? Any advice on this would be awesome! ????????
