Do compost accelerators affect the nutrient quality of the compost?

I'm really diving into composting to enhance the soil quality for my herbs and Indian spices! 🌱 I have a small community garden plot and I've noticed that some of my friends swear by compost accelerators for speeding things up. However, I can't help but wonder if using these products might impact the nutrient quality of the compost itself. I've been composting for a while but mostly using kitchen scraps and yard waste without any accelerators. My garden is located in a sunny spot, and I want to make sure that the compost I produce is not just quick but also rich in nutrients for my plants. Have any of you noticed a difference in the nutrient levels when using accelerators? Is there a way to confirm that the quality remains high? Can anyone help me understand this better? I'm eager to learn how to make the most out of my composting efforts! 😊
