Can coco coir improve soil structure for my herb garden?

I’ve been focusing on companion planting in my herb garden, and I want to make sure the soil is as healthy as it can be. I recently found out that coco coir can improve soil structure by adding aeration and moisture retention! I'm interested in trying this out, but I’m unsure how much to add to my existing soil mix. Should I fully replace part of my soil, or just add a certain percentage? I've been experimenting with cilantro and parsley, and I want to ensure they have the best growing conditions possible. What’s everyone’s take on this? 🌍✨
