As my herbs grow so beautifully, I want to learn how to properly harvest and store the seeds for the next season. I'm particularly focusing on basil and coriander since I use them a lot in my cooking! I've noticed that they flower quite a bit, but I'm not entirely sure when to collect the seeds or the best method to store them to ensure they retain their viability.
