What’s the best technique for dividing and repotting my orchids?
As someone who's passionate about preserving the diversity of plants, I've always found joy in nurturing heirloom varieties. Recently, my orchids have grown quite lush, and I'm toying with the idea of dividing them to create more plants! The challenge? I’ve never actually divided any of my orchids before. I’ve read that it’s important to time it right and to be gentle, but what exactly does that look like? Should I wait until they’ve finished blooming, or can I do it now? My indoor garden setup is pretty cozy, and I usually keep a temperature of around 70°F. If anyone has tips on the best techniques for dividing and repotting orchids, I’d greatly appreciate it!
