What nutrients should I add to cactus mix soil for healthy growth?
As a retired farmer, I always believed in the right balance of nutrients for any plant, including cacti. I recently got a few different types of cacti for my suburban patch, and I’m curious about the nutritional needs of these plants. I’ve noticed that the cactus mix I purchased doesn’t seem very nutrient-rich, and I want to ensure I’m providing the best conditions for them. I’ve thought about adding some organic fertilizers, but I’m not sure which ones would be suitable for cacti. Can anyone recommend what nutrients I should be adding to my cactus mix soil?
