How can crop rotation affect the performance of organic seeds?

I've been practicing vegetable gardening for quite some time in my backyard garden in Bangalore, focusing mainly on organic methods. Recently, I read about the benefits of crop rotation but haven't fully integrated it into my gardening routine. I usually plant the same crops in the same spot each season because I find it convenient. However, I'm beginning to wonder how this might affect the performance of my organic seeds. I've noticed some decline in yield recently, and I suspect poor soil health might be the cause. What specific benefits can crop rotation provide when using organic seeds, and how should I plan my rotations? Any suggestions based on your experiences would be greatly appreciated!
