What’s the best way to keep my chamomile healthy during the winter months?

Hey fellow gardeners! 🌱 I'm super passionate about my indoor plants, and my chamomile is no exception. As the winter season approaches here in the Midwest, I'm a bit worried about keeping my chamomile thriving. I’ve noticed that my other indoor plants tend to struggle when the heating kicks in, making the air quite dry. I've been researching ways to maintain humidity levels, but I'm unsure how to balance that while also avoiding overwatering. I’ve tried placing a humidity tray near them, but I’m still not sure if that’s enough. What are some effective strategies or practices you all use to ensure your chamomile stays lush and healthy during the winter months? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! 🌻
