What cover crops should I plant in Shanghai's climate?
I'm really curious about how to choose the right cover crops for my organic vegetable garden in Shanghai. The summers can get super hot and humid, while winters can be quite cold. I want to ensure that the cover crops I pick will thrive in these conditions and also play a role in enriching my soil.
