How can I incorporate cover crops into my crop rotation plan?

I'm really keen on developing a solid crop rotation plan that includes cover crops in my organic vegetable garden. I've been growing tomatoes, peppers, and lettuce and want to make sure the soil remains healthy between planting seasons. I've heard that integrating cover crops can help with soil nutrients and structure, but I'm a bit overwhelmed by how to create a balanced rotation. Can anyone suggest a rotation plan or the best cover crops to use with these veggies? I’m excited to optimize my garden! 🌼
