How do I successfully save seeds from heirloom beans for next year?
I’m really excited about the idea of saving seeds from my heirloom beans! I want to keep this sustainable journey going in my Toronto backyard. I’ve read that heirloom beans are great for this, but I’m not quite clear on the process. What’s the best way to collect and store seeds without losing their viability? I've never done this before, and I’m worried about timing and how to tell when the beans are ready for harvesting. Plus, any tips on storing them properly to ensure they last until next season would be amazing. Can someone walk me through this process? I can’t wait to try it out!
