Can I grow lion’s mane mushrooms in a small urban garden?
I'm really excited about the idea of growing lion's mane mushrooms in my small urban garden! Living in an apartment with only a small balcony can be a bit tricky, but I’ve managed to squeeze in some herbs and flowers for pollinators. I've read that lion's mane can grow on logs or sawdust. Can I use the space I have available or do they need more room? I’m also curious about how much light they need – since my balcony only gets a few hours of direct sunlight. Any tips or experiences would be super helpful! 🌱
